Biostatistical Consultant II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Biostatistical Consultant II in Internal Medicine.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced statistical consultation for faculty, staff, and students
• Develop and validate phenotypes, perform genetic quality control, and construct polygenic predictors
• Collaborate with investigators on study design, data analysis, and manuscript preparation

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in biostatistics or related discipline, or MPH with a concentration in biostatistics
• 3 years of experience in statistical consulting, preferably in a biomedical or healthcare environment
• Working knowledge of SAS, SPSS, or other major statistical packages, and Microsoft Office (ACCESS and EXCEL)
• Experience with genetic research and high-dimensional data analysis
• Ability to work in Linux and cloud-based analytical environments
