Biostatistical Programming Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Biostatistical Programming Manager - Technical Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Functional Services Provider (FSP) projects and ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery
- Align FSP assignments with company priorities and lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop performance metrics, collect data, and report on FSP performance
Required Qualifications:
- Doctorate, Master's, Bachelor's, or Associate's degree in Statistics/Biostatistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a relevant scientific subject
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience for Master's degree, 5 years for Bachelor's degree, 10 years for Associate's degree, or 12 years for high school diploma/GED
- Extensive SAS programming and reporting experience
- Detailed understanding of clinical trial processes and data compliance checks
- Experience in Phase 1-4 clinical trials and familiarity with CDISC SDTM, ADaM, and define standards
