Biostatistical Programming Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Biostatistical Programming Senior Manager responsible for leading programming activities in the obesity therapeutic area.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop programming staff while ensuring timely delivery of observational research programming deliverables
• Oversee project management of programming activities and ensure adherence to departmental standards
• Write, test, and validate software programs to produce analysis datasets and presentation outputs for regulatory submissions

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 2 years of experience, or Master's degree with 4 years, or Bachelor's degree with 6 years, or Associate's degree with 10 years, or High school diploma/GED with 12 years of experience
• Preferred Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Life Sciences, or related fields
• Ten years of clinical research and development programming experience in therapeutic area support
• Experience in project management and software application development
• Proficiency in statistical programming languages, preferably SAS, and understanding of UNIX operating systems
