Biostatistical Programming Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Biostatistical Programming Senior Manager will oversee the development and maintenance of software utilities for clinical trial data analysis, provide technical leadership to programming teams, and ensure operational success of the FSP programming team.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop reusable software utilities for GBS and GSP
• Oversee the FSP programming team, providing guidance and support for operational success
• Coordinate with stakeholders to establish programming scope, timelines, and quality for deliverables

Required qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of Statistical Programming experience, or Master's degree and 6 years, or Bachelor's degree and 8 years, or Associate's degree and 10 years, or High school diploma and 12 years of Statistical Programming experience
• 8+ years of relevant statistical programming experience in a clinical development environment
• Solid understanding of CDISC SDTM, ADaM, and Define-XML standards
• Expertise in at least one programming language (SAS, R, Python) and proficiency in a second language
• Experience with advanced programming capabilities such as machine learning and cloud computing technologies
