Job Summary

A company is looking for a Biostatistical Programming Senior Manager.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the hiring, development, and performance of the Global Statistical Programming (GSP) PRM staff
Oversee the operational success of projects assigned to Functional Service Providers (FSP) and ensure appropriate oversight
Collaborate with external suppliers and serve as the point of escalation for programming teams for FSP-related issues

Qualifications:

Doctorate degree with 2 years of statistical programming experience in the pharmaceutical industry, or Master's degree with 6 years, or Bachelor's degree with 8 years
2 years of managerial experience or leadership experience in managing teams or allocating resources
Masters Degree in Statistics/Biostatistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or relevant scientific subject preferred
8+ years of statistical programming experience in the biopharmaceutical/CRO industry
Experience in staff development leadership, project management, and managing Functional Service Providers
