Biostatistician I

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Biostatistician I who will provide statistical expertise for the development and validation of diagnostic devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and analyze clinical validation studies for NGS-based diagnostic devices
• Support the development of biostatistical solutions to complex problems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on study design, analysis, and regulatory submissions

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Statistics or Biostatistics with 2+ years of experience, or a PhD in Statistics or Biostatistics
• Strong programming skills in R
• Work or internship experience in biostatistics within biopharmaceuticals, medical diagnostics, or government
• Knowledge of clinical study design and statistical methods in diagnostic medicine
• Experience with NGS and genomics is preferred
