Biostatistician III

Job Summary

Partnering with Principal Investigators and other scientists, the full-time remote Biostatistician III will lead the development and validation of statistical models and analyses, applying advanced statistical methods and machine learning techniques to support complex research projects.

Key responsibilities

• Define analytic objectives and select appropriate statistical methods in collaboration with project teams
• Oversee advanced statistical analyses and ensure rigorous documentation of methods and results
• Communicate analytic strategies and findings to stakeholders, contributing to peer-reviewed manuscripts and reports

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology, or a closely related field
• Minimum of 9-10 years of relevant experience
• Expertise in biostatistics, epidemiologic methods, and complex data structures
• Advanced proficiency in statistical programming (e.g., R and/or SAS)
• Familiarity with cloud environments and large secure datasets
