Biostatistician III

Job Summary

To support the STARRGUARD Initiative, the full-time remote Biostatistician III will manage data management processes, lead statistical analyses, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance research activities in trauma-informed care.

Key responsibilities

• Designs and implements data pipelines and ETL processes for healthcare datasets
• Performs advanced statistical analyses and communicates results to diverse audiences
• Supervises junior analysts and provides strategic statistical support throughout study lifecycles

Required qualifications

• Doctoral Degree in Social Sciences, Life Sciences, or related field
• 5-8 years of scientific project management experience
• Advanced expertise in data cleaning, transformation, and ETL techniques
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with statistical modeling
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards, including FHIR and HL7
