Biostatistics Associate Director

Job Summary

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time remote Biostatistics Associate Director will develop statistical analysis plans, support clinical trial design and analysis, and ensure data quality for hematology studies.

Key responsibilities

• Develops study protocols and statistical analysis plans, determining appropriate methodologies for data analysis
• Participates in database design meetings to ensure high-quality data that meets analysis requirements
• Analyzes clinical trial data and prepares reports to communicate results effectively to project teams

Required qualifications

• PhD in Statistics or related field with 5+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 8+ years in clinical drug development
• Experience with clinical trials and knowledge of regulatory guidance
• Proficiency in SAS and/or R is strongly desirable
• Oncology experience is preferred but not required
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
