Biostatistics Director
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Biostatistics Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead statistical design, analysis, and reporting for clinical development across multiple products and therapeutic areas
- Review and provide statistical input for clinical development plans, regulatory documents, and study reports
- Oversee biostatisticians and provide mentorship to staff and CROs to ensure quality and timely deliverables
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate degree with 4 years, Master's degree with 8 years, or Bachelor's degree with 10 years of Biostatistics experience
- Knowledge of statistical methodology and applications in drug development, particularly in oncology clinical trials
- Experience in statistical leadership for regulatory submissions
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation in statistical methodologies
- Experience in life cycle drug development and managing high-performance teams
