Biostatistics Director

Job Summary

Providing statistical leadership for clinical development programs, the full-time Biostatistics Director will manage study design, execution, and analysis while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure successful delivery of clinical initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead statistical efforts across clinical development programs, including protocol development and analysis plans
• Communicate clinical study results effectively to stakeholders and support regulatory activities
• Oversee external vendors and drive process improvements within the Biometrics function

Required qualifications

• Advanced degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Significant experience in clinical trials within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
• Strong understanding of study design, statistical methodology, and data analysis
• Experience with regulatory submissions and interactions with global health authorities
• Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage external providers
