Biostatistics Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Biostatistics Manager to oversee statistical aspects of clinical activities and ensure compliance with required standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide statistical contributions and quality control for key study-related documentation and analyses
• Lead complex studies and assist in the review of policies and controlled documents
• Publish research findings and present statistical methodologies at scientific meetings

Required Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Statistics/Biostatistics or related field, or a Master's degree with 3 years of experience
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or medical research is preferred
• Proficient in statistical software such as R, SAS, or similar tools
• Knowledge of Bayesian statistics and simulation techniques
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
