Job Summary

A company is looking for a Biostatistics Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading multiple studies independently and ensuring statistical documentation meets required standards
• Providing statistical guidance to various teams in clinical development, reimbursement, and medical affairs
• Contributing to statistical strategy, study design, and analysis while overseeing statistical work performed by study statisticians

Required Qualifications:

• Doctorate or Master's degree in Statistics/Biostatistics with post-graduate statistical experience in the pharmaceutical industry or medical research
• Statistical leadership experience with regulatory or reimbursement submissions
• Global team collaboration experience and ability to manage and lead others effectively
• Life Cycle Drug Development Experience (Pre-clinical Development, Clinical Development, and Post-marketing)
• Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate multi-functional teams to advance complex projects
