Biostatistics Senior Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Biostatistics Senior Manager to lead sophisticated studies and projects in clinical development.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide statistical guidance and support for clinical development, reimbursement, and medical affairs
• Plan and execute statistical contributions to clinical protocols and reports
• Lead study statisticians and perform statistical analysis to develop conclusions and recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Statistics/Biostatistics or related field with 2 years of experience, or Master's with 4 years, or Bachelor's with 6 years, or Associate's with 10 years, or High school diploma/GED with 12 years of experience
• 5 or more years of pharmaceutical/biotech statistical experience preferred
• Experience in life cycle drug development, particularly in cardiovascular drug development
• Strong knowledge of theoretical and applied statistics and regulatory guidelines
• Proven leadership skills in motivating multi-functional teams to complete complex projects
