Job Summary

To support a leading biopharmaceutical company focused on gene therapy treatments, an experienced Biotech Commercial Contracts Attorney will engage part-time in a fully remote capacity, handling various biotech agreements, including R&D and clinical trial contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate biotech agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align contract terms with business objectives
• Provide legal guidance on R&D and clinical trial agreements to support ongoing projects

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience at a law firm and in-house handling biotech agreements
• Proven expertise in R&D contracts and clinical trial agreements
• Licensed to practice and in good standing in at least one U.S. state bar
• Excellent academic credentials from a U.S. accredited law school
• Outstanding references from previous employers or clients
