Biotech Recruiter (Contract)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Partner (Contract, Part-time).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for all positions across the company
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles
• Source candidates through various channels and coordinate interview processes

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in biotech or life sciences
• Proven track record of recruiting across all functions and levels
• Strong understanding of biotech organizational structures
• Experience with applicant tracking systems; Lever and Rippling knowledge is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple searches simultaneously
