Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant qualification
• 15+ years of relevant experience
• Advanced project leadership skills in a matrixed environment
• In-depth knowledge of commercial and budgeting strategy and the proposal development process
• Expert understanding of sponsor/CRO business practices and operational/financial practices
