Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director/Sr Director Strategic Solutions Lead (Biotech) to oversee proposal development strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and executes winning proposal strategies and key selling messages focused on drug development
• Engages cross-functionally with stakeholders to align operational strategy and budget with customer needs
• Directs a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality proposal deliverables within timelines and manages profitability targets

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant qualification
• 15+ years of relevant experience in proposal development and strategic solutions
• Advanced project leadership skills in a matrixed environment
• In-depth knowledge of commercial and budgeting strategy, proposal development process, and business organization
• Expertise in customer relationship management and advanced operational/financial practices
