Key Responsibilities

• Develops and executes winning proposal strategies and key selling messages for drug development and clinical studies
• Engages with cross-functional stakeholders to align operational strategy and budget with customer needs
• Directs a high-impact team in delivering quality proposal deliverables within timelines and manages profitability targets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant formal academic/vocational qualification
• 15+ years of relevant experience in the field
• Advanced project leadership skills and proven c-suite level executive presence
• In-depth knowledge of commercial and budgeting strategy, and the proposal development process
• Expertise in customer relationship management and operational/financial practices
