Biotherapy Sourcing Manager

Job Summary

To support advanced therapy platforms, the full-time remote Biotherapy Sourcing Manager will develop and execute sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, and lead competitive sourcing events within a highly regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyze trends in commodity markets and Vitalant spending
• Lead cross-functional teams through structured bid evaluations and vendor selection processes
• Negotiate contracts for capital equipment, supplies, and services while maintaining strong vendor relationships

Required qualifications

• Experience in sourcing/procurement for Cell Therapy, Cell & Gene Therapy, Biologics, or Pharmaceuticals
• Proven experience leading RFP/RFI/RFQ processes
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry
• Ability to develop and maintain project plans and timelines
• Experience in contract negotiation and vendor management
