Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align business intent with system behavior

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA from a top program preferred
• 3-6+ years in Strategy & Operations consulting or BizOps experience in a high-growth environment
• Proven ability to analyze ambiguous business problems and present structured recommendations
• Experience working directly with executives and driving alignment across stakeholders
• Familiarity with structured formats such as YAML, JSON, and process mapping tools
