BizOps and Analytics Associate

Job Summary

To support a growing BizOps & Analytics team, the full-time remote Associate will manage analytical functions across core product areas, driving insights and recommendations to inform business decisions and outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Define business questions and ensure analyses address the right problems
• Build reports, run analyses, and design experiments to surface actionable data insights
• Collaborate with product, growth, finance, and operations teams to drive outcomes based on analytical findings

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, or Python
• Proven ability to tackle ambiguous analytical problems and deliver business outcomes
• Clear and persuasive communication skills, capable of influencing leadership decisions
• Demonstrated ownership mentality, taking responsibility for outcomes beyond assigned tasks
