Job Summary

To support a growing business, the full-time remote BizOps and Analytics Associate will define key problems, analyze data, and drive impactful outcomes across various business units including growth, product development, and strategic partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Define business questions and ensure analyses address the right problems
• Build reports, run analyses, and surface insights that influence key metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate findings and recommend actionable next steps

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth tech company
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or Python
• Proven track record of managing ambiguous problems and delivering measurable impact
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and persuasively to stakeholders
• Ownership mentality, taking responsibility for outcomes beyond assigned tasks
