Job Summary

To support a growing business, the full-time remote BizOps and Analytics Associate will drive analytical insights, define key metrics, and collaborate with various teams to influence strategic decisions across growth, product development, AI, and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Define business problems and ensure analyses address the right questions
• Build reports, run analyses, and design experiments to surface actionable data insights
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, driving decision-making processes

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Python, or Excel
• Proven track record of owning and delivering impact on ambiguous problems
• Clear and persuasive communication skills to influence leadership decisions
• Ability to work collaboratively and take ownership of projects
