Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time remote BizOps and Analytics Associate will drive analytical functions across core business areas, defining problems, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights to enhance growth and product development.

Key responsibilities

• Define business questions and metrics, conducting analyses and designing experiments to surface insights
• Collaborate with product, growth, finance, and operations teams to drive data-informed decisions and outcomes
• Own the analytical function for a specific business unit, ensuring clarity in problem-solving and execution

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, or Python
• Proven track record of owning and solving ambiguous problems effectively
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and persuasively to stakeholders
• Demonstrated sense of ownership and responsibility for outcomes
