BizOps Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a BizOps Engineer to manage and execute critical operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex operational processes while coordinating with cross-functional teams
• Develop and enhance automation tools and scripts using SQL, shell, and Python
• Maintain process documentation and perform data analysis to drive process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in technical operations, QA, DevOps, or a similar role
• Proficiency in SQL with experience in complex queries and data manipulation
• Strong scripting skills in Python or shell for automation and tool development
• Experience managing complex, multi-step processes with numerous dependencies
