Job Summary

A company is looking for a BizOps Functional Manager to lead customer health and retention initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage retention forecasting models to enhance predictive accuracy for renewals and churn
  • Translate performance data into actionable strategies for Customer Success and post-Sales teams
  • Design compensation and incentive structures aligned with Net Revenue Retention goals
Required Qualifications
  • 7-10+ years of experience in BizOps, Revenue Operations, or Management Consulting in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
  • Expertise in building complex analytical models using Excel, SQL, or Tableau
  • Proven experience in developing predictive analytics and health frameworks that impact NRR
  • Experience in strategic capacity planning and resource modeling for scaling teams
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Gainsight, and data visualization tools
