BizOps Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing operations team, the remote BizOps Manager will manage supply chain models, own S&OP and variance analyses, and lead monthly business reviews while working in a high-trust environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and refine supply chain models to enhance COGS and capacity forecasts
- Lead preparation for monthly business reviews and OKR meetings, aligning stakeholders on operational strategy
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards for real-time performance visibility
Required qualifications
- BS/MS Degree in a quantitative or computational field
- 5-7+ years of experience in data analytics within corporate, consulting, or investment banking
- High proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides
- Expertise in SQL, with knowledge of R and/or Python preferred
- Experience with Cloud Computing (Google Cloud) platforms preferred
