Job Summary

Joining a curated community of freelance blockchain engineers, the fully remote Talent Network will contribute expertise to top-tier projects focused on blockchain infrastructure, collaborating with an EQ Core engineer while enjoying the flexibility to choose projects that fit their schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate on client projects alongside an EQ Core engineer, focusing on hard infrastructure problems
• Contribute to the design and execution of blockchain solutions using various technologies and protocols
• Participate in a private community for project updates and industry insights, while managing personal project engagements

Required qualifications

• Technical expertise in Rust, Go, TypeScript, Solidity, Move, or Cairo
• Experience with cryptography and zero-knowledge proofs
• Hands-on experience in blockchain infrastructure and strong engineering fundamentals
• Demonstrated history of shipped projects or open-source contributions
• Ability to communicate clearly in English and work self-directed
