Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage the grants pipeline across blockchain protocols and technology partners
• Forge relationships with decision-makers in Web3 funding chains and surface funding opportunities
• Collaborate with teams to align grant sourcing with ecosystem design and represent the company in strategic conversations

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in grant strategy, business development, or ecosystem growth, with at least 3 years in crypto or blockchain
• Deep familiarity with grant mechanics in Web3, including DAO governance and token incentives
• Proven track record of winning competitive grants and persuasive writing skills
• Strong relationships across DAOs, accelerators, and on-chain funding vehicles
• Ability to navigate KYC-required and permissionless environments effectively
