Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in production-grade systems
• 3+ years of hands-on blockchain development and smart contract deployment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
• Proficiency in Solidity and experience with EVM-compatible chains
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools as a core part of the engineering workflow
