Blockchain Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Blockchain Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a technical liaison for API integrators and internal stakeholders, diagnosing user-reported issues
• Investigate EVM and SVM blockchain transactions using various tools to identify root causes
• Develop scripts and tools to automate diagnostics and integrate solutions into the support process

Required Qualifications

• Deep technical knowledge of Automated Market Makers (AMMs) and decentralized exchanges (DEXes)
• Proficient in blockchain debugging and simulation tools
• Competent in coding to reproduce issues and automate tasks
• Fluency with AI tools for diagnosing transaction issues
• Experience with SQL or other query languages and analytics platforms
