BMC Helix System Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Helix System Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate and guide the implementation of a new BMC Helix ITSM/ITOM and Discovery environment
• Manage user administration, system maintenance, and fulfill system change requests
• Document the new environment and make proactive adjustments based on changing business needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• 5 years' experience working in an IT role
• 2+ years' experience in BMC Helix administration required
• Well-versed with IT Service Management Concepts / ITIL Certifications preferred
• BMC Certified Professional Certification (ITSM, Ops Management, and Discovery) preferred
