BMC Remedy Developer with Secret Clearance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a BMC Remedy/Helix Developer with an active Secret clearance.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate, research, design, develop, and test BMC Helix/Remedy software and integrated interfaces in a SAAS model
• Manage customer onboarding, Developer Studio updates, data analysis, report writing, and continual service improvement initiatives
• Document requirements, implementation plans, test plans, and manage sprint loads while maintaining system integrity

Required Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain an Interim Secret clearance
• 5+ years of experience as a BMC Remedy/Helix developer, including experience with BMC Accredited Administrator and AWS GovCloud
• Expertise in BMC Remedy version 20.x or higher and ITIL methodologies
• Experience customizing ITSM applications and writing custom ARS workflow
• BS Degree; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree
