BMC Remedy Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of automated solutions, the full-time BMC Remedy Engineer will architect and implement ITIL processes, customize workflows, and create dashboards while working remotely with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop features for future product releases
• Interact with Product Management and team members to understand new requirements
• Provide resolution for product defects and coordinate development work

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field
• 4 to 8 years of relevant product development experience with BMC Remedy ARS
• Proficiency in BMC Remedy ARS technology and workflow development
• Strong knowledge of the BMC Remedy ITSM Suite
• Experience in developing enterprise software and accessing Web Services (SOAP & REST)
