BMS Program Manager

Job Summary

Supporting enterprise leadership remotely, the full-time BMS Program Manager will manage operating cadence, governance frameworks, and data-driven insights to enhance business execution and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhances operating cadence by preparing and coordinating Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and maintaining Management Operating System (MOS) artifacts
• Delivers actionable performance insights in partnership with Sales Operations, synthesizing complex data into clear narratives for decision-making
• Leads New Product Introduction (NPI) governance, ensuring disciplined progression through phase gates and alignment with financial and strategic priorities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
• 3-7+ years of experience in PMO, Strategy, Operations, Finance, or Sales Operations roles
• Strong understanding of MOS, MBR cadence, KPI management, and governance frameworks
• Experience supporting or managing NPI/product lifecycle governance strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence tools, with advanced skills in Power BI and data visualization
