BMS Systems Application Engineer

Job Summary

Providing comprehensive BMS system design for assigned projects, the full-time BMS Systems Application Engineer will work remotely to interpret specifications, create submittals, and ensure adherence to project standards while collaborating with team members throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret prints, specifications, and contracts to develop complete BMS system designs
• Create and develop full submittals using Schneider Electric drawing tools
• Coordinate installation and maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in BAS/BMS/HVAC
• Knowledge of contract documents related to the construction and BMS industry
• Experience with Visio and/or AutoCAD for drawing control wiring diagrams
• Proficiency in developing and improving software tools and standards
