BMS Technology Support Specialist

Job Summary

Providing hands-on technical expertise in building technology operations, the full-time remote BMS Technology Support Specialist will manage vulnerability and patch management, oversee certificate management, and support product onboarding while coordinating with facility teams and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and remediate vulnerabilities in BMS/OT assets, executing patching and deploying software updates
• Manage certificate lifecycle for building technology devices and support onboarding of new OT products
• Troubleshoot BMS systems and services, responding to support requests and monitoring technology health

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Technical Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with BMS, particularly with the Niagara Framework
• Knowledge of OT network infrastructure, including VLANs, DHCP/DNS, and secure remote access
• Experience with vulnerability management tools such as Qualys or Tenable
• Familiarity with IT governance and technology change request processes in enterprise environments
