Job Summary

Seeking accomplished healthcare leaders, the part-time Member of the Board of Advisors - Dual-Eligible Programs will provide strategic guidance on market opportunities, partnerships, and investment themes while working remotely to support healthcare innovation and entrepreneurship.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance on Healthcare Shares' growth, positioning, partnerships, investment focus, and long-term vision
• Advise on healthcare market trends, emerging opportunities, startup evaluation, founder support, and social impact strategy
• Contribute leadership insight across various healthcare sectors, including clinical care, digital health, and biotech

Required qualifications

• Significant experience in healthcare, medicine, life sciences, venture capital, or related fields
• Senior leadership, board, advisory, or entrepreneurial experience preferred
• Strong professional network within healthcare and investment ecosystems
• Ability to provide strategic, practical, and mission-aligned guidance
• Commitment of approximately 2-4 hours per month for board participation and advisory activities
