Job Summary
To support the growth of a healthcare venture ecosystem, the part-time Member of the Board of Advisors - Institutional Limited Partners will provide strategic guidance on market opportunities, partnerships, and investment themes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic guidance on Healthcare Shares' growth, positioning, partnerships, investment focus, and long-term vision
- Advise on healthcare market trends, emerging opportunities, startup evaluation, founder support, and social impact strategy
- Contribute leadership insight across various healthcare-related areas to strengthen the firm's ecosystem and portfolio support
Required qualifications
- Significant experience in healthcare, medicine, life sciences, venture capital, or related fields
- Senior leadership, board, advisory, or entrepreneurial experience preferred
- Strong professional network within healthcare, investment, and innovation ecosystems
- Ability to provide strategic, practical, and mission-aligned guidance
- Commitment of approximately 2-4 hours per month for board participation and advisory activities
