Job Summary
As a Member of the Board of Advisors - Valuation Strategy, this part-time remote position will provide strategic guidance on market opportunities, partnerships, and investment themes while supporting healthcare startups and the broader Healthcare Shares ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic guidance on growth, positioning, partnerships, and long-term vision for Healthcare Shares
- Advise on healthcare market trends, startup evaluation, and social impact strategy
- Contribute leadership insight across various healthcare sectors, including digital health, biotech, and healthcare AI
Required qualifications
- Significant experience in healthcare, life sciences, venture capital, or related fields
- Preferred senior leadership, board, or advisory experience in healthcare or startups
- Strong professional network within healthcare and investment ecosystems
- Ability to provide strategic and mission-aligned guidance to support healthcare startups
- Commitment of approximately 2-4 hours per month to board activities
