A company is looking for a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst - PRN (Remote U.S., Arkansas preferred).

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret patient records to determine medical necessity and appropriateness of care
• Process consultant decisions and ensure detailed documentation of any denial reasons
• Assess and adjust daily workload to meet departmental demands while maintaining quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis
• 3+ years of recent clinical experience in behavior analysis
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Medical record abstracting skills
