Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst - PRN (Remote U.S.).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct reviews of Behavioral Health services, focusing on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Evaluate testing and assessment tools for ABA therapy appropriateness
• Ensure compliance and accuracy of ABA documentation in line with guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Active certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or BCBA-D
• Master's degree in psychology, Behavior Analysis, or a relevant field
• 4+ years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in Medical Record Abstracting
• Attendance at a Monday orientation is mandatory for all new hires
