Job Summary
To provide individualized ABA therapy and support, the full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will design, implement, and evaluate treatment plans remotely while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians and BCaBA candidates, ensuring fidelity to treatment plans
- Engage families in treatment planning and provide caregiver training to support the generalization of ABA strategies
Required qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of ABA clinical experience, including direct therapy and supervision
- Proficiency in ABA assessment tools such as FBA, VB-MAPP, or ABLLS-R
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and data collection platforms
