Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth practice, the part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will design, implement, and evaluate ABA therapy programs for patients of all ages while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians and BCaBA candidates, providing training and performance feedback
  • Complete clinical documentation accurately and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations
Required qualifications
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of ABA clinical experience, including direct therapy and supervision
  • Proficiency in ABA assessment tools such as FBA, VB-MAPP, or ABLLS-R
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and data collection platforms
