Job Summary

A company is looking for a Content and Training Principal, Client Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Curate and maintain internal clinical reference materials and workflow documentation
• Develop and deliver training sessions for clinical team members
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to support audit readiness and process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Master of Science or Master of Arts in Genetic Counseling from an ACGC-accredited program or equivalent
• Board certified or board eligible in Genetic Counseling by ABMGG or ABGC
• 3-5+ years of experience in a clinical genetic testing laboratory strongly preferred
• Must be eligible to work in the USA without restrictions
• Onsite training and occasional meetings may be required; remote work may be available depending on experience and operational needs
