Job Summary
Leading a team of Board Certified Health Coaches, the full-time Health Coach Manager will oversee coaching development, uphold quality standards, and drive operational excellence while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Board Certified Health Coaches through regular performance management and quality assurance reviews
- Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and standard operating procedures to enhance coaching quality and member experience
- Analyze coaching performance and member outcomes to identify trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
- Board Certified Health Coach (NBC-HWC) required
- 5+ years of health coaching experience
- 3+ years managing and developing Board Certified Health Coaches or clinical coaching teams
- Experience in designing learning programs and facilitating workshops
- Strong data literacy with the ability to translate insights into operational improvements
