Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Support Representative to assist cancer clinics with clinical software issues and ensure high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding clinical software via email, phone, and screen share
• Manage a high-volume case load while maintaining timely communication with customers
• Troubleshoot undocumented issues and collaborate with teams to find solutions

Required Qualifications

• Board Certified Medical Dosimetrist (CMD/MDCB required)
• Minimum 2 years of clinical dosimetry experience using Eclipse TPS
• Strong understanding of radiation oncology treatment planning workflows
• Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Consistent availability during standard working hours in a real-time support environment
