Board-Certified OBGYN Consultant

Job Summary

Partnering on an as-needed basis, the full-time Board-Certified OBGYN Consultant will provide expert clinical advice for women's health trials, focusing on protocol design, feasibility, and safety oversight while working remotely as an independent contractor.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert review of OBGYN trial protocols, advising on inclusion/exclusion criteria, endpoints, and safety monitoring
• Sense-check recruitment assumptions and advise on site and investigator selection within the OBGYN community
• Lend clinical and scientific credibility to sponsor conversations and participate in feasibility calls and discussions

Required qualifications

• Board-certified OBGYN with an active US medical license and clinical practice experience
• Meaningful exposure to clinical research, such as principal investigator or scientific advisor roles
• Ability to translate clinical realities into research design and flag potential challenges
• Comfort advising across various women's health indications, including maternal and reproductive health
• Experience working independently as a contractor, managing a flexible schedule alongside clinical commitments
