Job Summary
To support a lung ultrasound annotation project, the part-time remote Board-Certified Pediatric Emergency Physician will evaluate and rate approximately 1,200 short lung ultrasound video clips while ensuring adherence to defined annotation guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete a 50-video pilot phase for training and calibration, followed by independent evaluation of lung ultrasound videos
- Assess and document specific ultrasound features such as image quality and pleural lines
- Enter structured ratings into a secure web-based annotation platform while maintaining consistency with guidelines
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Board Certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., Pediatrics, Pediatric Emergency Medicine)
- Active clinical experience interpreting pediatric lung ultrasound
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured rating criteria
- Comfortable using tablet devices and web-based data entry systems
